Your area of ​​responsibility

Support your clients in the strategic planning of their optimal digital strategy. Accompany them with optimizations and their goal achievement

Manage the accounts of your customers and give them advice about positive and negative developments

Perform analysis and interpret numbers

Communicate actively, clearly and solution-oriented to achieve a high degree of long-term customer satisfaction

Take responsibility for the development and success of your customers

Perform resource planning efficiently and accurately

Adjust regularly with your Customer Success & Lead Developer colleagues

Report directly to the managing director

Our requirements

You do not have to be able to fly, but the following superpowers complement your profile:

Hard skills

Well-founded completed training in computer science / electrical engineering (HAK, HTL, ...)

At best, you have a degree in Business Informatics

You are very interested in online marketing and have some experience with Google Ads (shopping, search or display)

You can build on several years of experience in customer care and development

You have a structured way of working

You have a predilection for numbers and strong analytical skills

You have excellent knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)

You enjoy to work as an interface for the customers

You want to be part of a young and an international team
